There’s some Karmic connection between me and the Mallus (their Cuisine in particular). Either I sniff out the best Mallu cuisine places or they sniff me out. Either ways, the beneficiary is only ME. And, when the food is good it leaves me ecstatic, completely.
Super impressed with Mylanchi Kitchen during the first attempt itself. The hands behind the brand is for sure a very skilled one. Petti Pathil (₹150) with it’s Chicken and Boiled Egg stuffing was very satisfying. Masala Puttu (₹200 for 2 Kuttis) was exceptionally good. The Prawns Masala in the Puttu went so well with the Puttu and the accompanying Kadala Curry (thoughtfully sent by them). Adukku Pathil (₹850) (with a different Prawns Masala stuffing than the Masala Puttu) was super impressive. Mutta Maala (₹200) was easily one of the best I’ve ever had.
