Recipe Card – Kongu Vella Biryani (Chicken)
A very distinctive style of Biryani. It should be actually more whitish in colour that what you see in my preparation.
I have grounded Coriander and Mint leaves in the Biryani Masala. If not, it’ll result in a more White Biryani. More than the colour, it’s the fragrance that matters to me in my plate of Biryani, so I added it to the paste.
You can totally skip it and add it towards the end before the Dum. I tend to tweak the recipes to my liking. You may please check and do as per your liking.
